Sandhills crane migration through Nebraska (link to video)

The annual crane migration through Nebraska starts next month; if you're in the area, it's one of the most majestic sights imaginable and worth worth seeing. If you're not able to see it first-hand, here are some videos.

6. Hello Heidi
We had a cool front blow in, went from wearing shorts to sweat pants in just a few hours.

I love this weather, a nice 39 degrees.

9. We have had such strange weather that our plants don't know what
season it is, some plants are blooming. My lawn is getting spring weeds.

Then a cool front comes along, poor plant life.

10. I think I'm going to regret
feeding our song birds so much this winter. We've been feeding a mix of sunflower seeds and hemp seeds, but come spring, my garden is going to be full of hemp. I don't mind the sunflowers, but the hemp (no THC to speak off and very hard to weed out of the garden) is annoying. :grr:

12. I have the strangest collection of weird weeds every year.
The die off with the heat.

I threw out bird seed and even now the plants still are producing food for the birds to eat.

The big sunflowers plants are very popular with the birds.
