Gennifer Flowers upset her recent awsuit against H. Clinton was dropped
Edited on Wed Jan-11-06 06:27 AM by LynneSin
Ok, wasn't her 15 minutes of fame back in 1992. And didn't she claim her affair with Clinton happen in a hotel years before it was actually built? I guess poor Gennifer is none to happy that we're all forgetting about who she is. Maybe she can try again next year with a lawsuit against Chelsea or something

January 11, 2006 -- GENNIFER Flowers is steamed: A federal appeals court has dismissed a defamation lawsuit she filed against Sen. Hillary Clinton and former Bill Clinton advisers James Carville and George Stephanopoulos. "I'm extremely disappointed," Flowers fumed to PAGE SIX. "It's been a David and Goliath story, and unfortunately Goliath has gotten the upper hand." Flowers sued the trio in 1999 after they suggested on a talk show that the audiotapes she used to try to prove her affair with the former horndog-in-chief were doctored. The former lounge singer, who held a press conference during the 1992 presidential campaign to announce that she had a 12-year affair with the then-Arkansas governor, was represented for free by conservative group Judicial Watch before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which unanimously dismissed the case on Monday. Flowers says she's now turning her attention to her job as spokeswoman for Hurricane Katrina relief organization Nola's Ark, which focuses on restoring flood-ravaged homes. "New Orleans is my home, and I need to give back to a community that has welcomed me with open arms," Flowers said.

2. I would think after 14 years I'd finally just move on with my life
of course now she claims she's raising money to help rebuild homes for Katrina victims. Sorry, what kind of dumbass would donate to a 'human fund' like that when there are better, more established organizations like Habitat for Humanity in which their reputation is much more stellar!

3. Its her ONLY claim to fame......
Without Bill Clinton, this woman has NOTHING but her non-existent skills and faded looks. Her gravy train has run dry.

7. It was never intended to be a legitimate legal case,

...only a political diversion. A legal case doesn't have to have any merit whatsoever to be filed, make headlines and muck up the system. The merit part comes only at the very end... unless the case gets thrown out because it has none. And you know what? The lawyers get paid just the same. Her lawyers didn't really represent her for "free," except that it was free to her. Their pay came from Neocon "donations."

5. "conservative group Judicial Watch"
Trying to make a new distraction just as all the pukes with ties to Abramoff are being named--no, we don't need the country to hear all those corrupt political names, when we can bring back the Clenis for more distraction!

she claims to have had a consensual love affair. Then, mysteriously right during his campaign, she decides to tell everyone. She can't prove it. And so she sues the Clintons?

11. She was the basis of a great Howard Stern moment...
When she first held a press conference in 1992 and Stuttering John asked her if she would be sleeping with any other Presidential candidates...
