16. Sunol Grade has gotten better since they expanded it
Still, I take Niles Canyon when I can.

I-580 is still bad however....

Oh and a secret tip - if you are stuck in Southeast bay and want a beautiful drive, take Niles Canyon. It's worth it, and a lot of silent movies were filmed there in the 20's.
