Do they still make Co-Tylenol?

A Doc prescribed me some a long time ago when I was sick and my band had to play. It was a glowing green liquid, like radioactive. It was liquid codeine and Tylenol. Man, it made me feel good. I felt no pain and made it through the gig. I wish I had some now, just for kicks and thrills, you understand.

1. It's still made - just unsure whether it's prescription only.

My son was taking Tylenol w/ Codeine in the hospital for his pain (rather than morphine).

Update: Checked medco.com - it's not in their non-prescription items. According to CVS.comCodeine is considered a prescription item. However if you're in the UK (e.g. boots.co.uk) most chemists have a paracetamol (another name for acetominophen) and codeine tablet available. Likewise Naproxen Sodium - the active ingredient in Alleve (great painkiller for me) is prescription only in the UK but available OTC here. Go figure.

In US, it's scrip only. In Canada, it's sort of OTC, in that pharmacists will sell it without a scrip, but it is kept behind the counter.

I believe in Wisconsin, you can get it "over the counter" but you have to sign a registry in the pharmacy.
