Do not wallow very long in negativity.
Mark my words. Or Mike them, or Dan them. I don't care.

Just don't do it!

3. I misspelled a word and I feel like absolute crap about that.
 I think I'll wallow in it for the next five to 10 seconds.

4. how long is too long?
Because I got really pissed off today (people SUCK!) and it lasted almost a full hour. Normally anger only lasts for 20 minutes or so for me. I wonder what everyone's average for negativity is.

5. 24 hours for serious anger here.
I'm doing better. It used to last longer.

6. wow! seriously??!?
would I be too nosy to ask what angers you?

For me, the people that REALLY piss me off, are extremely rude strangers in the following places: grocery store, gym and on the road.

I'm lucky that I don't really have any problematic family members or friends so my life is normally drama free.

10. It has to be something serious, usually some kind of personal attack.
I don't get angry easily, but when I do, it takes a long time for me to calm down.
