Since when did 1 inch of ice on the roads ever stop y'all from driving like bats out of hell during the winter?
This is why I never registered my car when I lived in MN. People don't tailgate as much up there when your license plate says Texas. :D

A lifetime supply of popcorn and a flame retardant suit would suffice!

But where I live it'd still probably freeze! May is when we see green here. But boy, do we appreciate it! :-)

...Can you imagine having teams actually dreading to come play us because of the elements, much less our team. The weather alone, accounted for alot of wins...

13. This was the 25th straight day of rain in Seattle. |
|
No joke. No end in sight. :(
The record is 33 straight days, in 1953.

14. Are you a Seahawks fan? If so, relish in the playoffs and forget about... |

...the rain. You guys may be going to the Super Bowl. If you don't give a damn about the Seahawks, then relish the rain....

22. I'm excited about the Seahawks. |
|
I'm not a huge football fan, but I do like to watch bowl games (and, as a huge Mariners fan, I support all of the local teams). The Super Bowl has the advantage of not being on my birthday this year, so I am looking forward to it.
I love the rain as much as the next Seattleite, but it's getting a little ridiculous. If it were a normal constant drizzle it would be no problem, but it's actually raining! The ground is completely saturated, the lakes, ponds, rivers, and streams are all overflowing, and we're starting to have mudslides. :scared:

20. It is winter in Minnesota |
|
It usually snows this time of year...rain is dangerous in January here, while snow is not.

21. Yes, I know. Rain freezes over and causes dangerous ice. |
|
I live in North Georgia and when it rains in the winter, we get ice storms.
