Anyone know of any reliable online stores that sell Vinyl Records
I'm looking to replace a few records damaged a few years ago when floodwaters leaked into my apartment (it wasn't that bad but my stereo along with the records were nearby the front door) and also add to my collection including some Import/Bootleg Zeppelin and even some of the current bands that have released vinyl.

Anyone have a recommendation? I feel like I'm just picking one and hoping that I won't be ripped off. I realize that most music stores that carry vinyl usually don't have any of the goodstuff I'm looking for so this is my next direction.

Thanks!

3. I didn't see any vinyl
Not for LZ or even Green Day (they did a ton of import vinyl)

6. Well, they have a large section of vinyl in the store.
I bet if you called them, they could check for you.

7. That's too much hassle
I'm looking to buy online. I thought this place in Princeton would have a good selection (their site was simliar to what your place has) but I came up empty. But next time I visit we'll definately go there!

I'm a fan of quiet browsing. If I can't search myself either by leafing through the records or searching online then it's too much of a hassle

They're local to me and have a great selection. They have been around for a long time and are nice to deal with.

8. Jerry's Fine Used Records in Pittsburgh.
They're the bomb. They have over 100,000 titles on hand at any time. A real heaven for vinyl. Their web site seems to be for auctions only. Perhaps, thru their link, you can hook up with them about buying. Well worth the visit if you're ever in these parts.

9. Just for you
I searched my huge record collection. (I used to sell used records at my store, which is why there might be some Zeppelin in it). All I found is "Pictures at Eleven"

12. I tried
and you never know. That could be a cult favorite.

Speaking of cults and your cowbelle picture. I do have alot of Blue Oyster Cult records too. I bet I, or my partner once had a bunch of Led Zeppelin too, except we sold them to Danny-boy. If I knew where he is I could see if he wanted to sell. Then again, if I had some ham I could have ham and eggs if I had eggs. But anything that eats eggs is a dragon.

13. I'm not exactly the biggest Blue Oyster Cult
Personally I don't think there was enough cowbell in their music.

But thanks

I have just about everything from Robert Plant on vinyl except some of his recent stuff. I just love the guy - he has a cult of one, which is me. But there probably isn't a whole lot you could sell to me that he's done but thanks for trying anyways!

11. Wreckless Records in Chicago
You have to call them, though, to find out if they have what you want. But they are VERY picky purchasers and their quality is great. Lotsa rarities too, and reasonable prices.
