In "Thelma & Louise," Thelma orders:

"Gimme a Wild Turkey and a Coke back, please."

What the hell is a "Coke back?"

2. wild turkey (bourbon) in a glass
a coke in another glass, presumably to be drunk as a chaser or concurrently with the bourbon, but not mixed.
