I've lost ten pounds since I was diagnosed with Borderline Diabetes...

I've cut sugar and am drinking more water. I've been taking sandwiches and no sugar added apple sauce for lunch. Of course today I totally blew it, but I'll get back on the wagon tomorrow.

1. Congratulations. That's the attitude, everyone messes up occasionally.
That's what tomorrows are for.

2. Good luck, kiddo!
I'm on a new eating plan, similar to diabetics diet. It takes awhile to get used to preparing meals, not to mention shopping for fresh veggies all the time. Eating out is very tough.

4. I'm not exactly the diabetic diet I'm on...
I've just started Weight Watchers. Before that, I just cut the sugar and started eating more vegetables...

5. I think it's all basically the same.
Cut sugar, flour, most grains, more vegetables, light on the meat(fish, chiken), portion control, exercise, supplements (omega 3's, healthy oils). And lots of water.:hi:

Fish, Chicken, Beef. Less beef than the rest of it, but I am not going vegetarian...EVER.
