Ok in late December before Christmas I sent a package, big 18x18x18 and 45 lbs. Delivery confirmation. Never shows. I open a problem ticket. Nuttin. So it's been over three weeks.
So... a) get over it's gone and you'll never see it.
b) lots of time they just show up after a while
It's not insured. They ask every time I call as if that means I didn't really want it to show up.
any advice?
