Today I called:

1. my husband to discuss dinner plans
2. my friend to make plans to meet for a drink after school
3. my mom's nurse to see how my mom was feeling
4. my friend to find out where this dive bar was where we had planned to meet



I got calls from:

1. my dentist to confirm an appointment
2. my husband to gossip about something at work (we have the same employer)
3. my son who is out of town and wanted to know if he could wear jeans to a nice restaurant
4. my friend (see above) to help me find the dive bar


I think I mentioned the Alito hearings when I talked to my hubby and my son asked me about them when he called me. Of course I think the man is a slime and I probably said that on the phone.

So, who did you guys talk to today on your cell phones?

I don't have a cell for "chatting". I don't "chat" much.

Here's an example of my usual cell phone conversations:

Me: "OK. I'll see you in a few minutes. Bye."
You: "Bye."

And that's why tonight I'd like to dedicate it to every FBI
