5. I am NOT a Bronco hater.

Living in San Diego the past 26 years, I got to watch Elway do his magic on the Chargers twice a year.
For some reason I've al;ways liked the Broncos. And I grew up in MA.
Oh, BRING BACK THE ORANGE CRUSH UNIS!

6. As a kid I despised the Broncos

I guartantee no one else has the same reason for it.

When I was maybe 7 years old they had NFL helmet little pencil sharpeners in a vending machine at Publix in south Florida, 25 cents apiece which was hard to come by, virtually my entire allowance. My friend Glenn had a collection of almost every team on his shelf, but all I could get was one orange Denver Broncos helmet after another.

It drove me nuts! I was crouching down and trying to make sure there were no Broncos helmets low in the canister. But you could never tell which one was next to be dispensed. A few times I think I cried after getting another Bronco helmet. I don't think I'll ever associate the Broncos with anything else.
