THIS is why I had kids!
Toddler slaves!

 :bounce:

Vacuuming my floor:

Making my lunch (apparently, it's ramen noodles with vegetable oil):

Vacuuming my laundry:

Washing my dishes (obligatory plumber butt included):

It's a charmed life, I tell you.

P.S. If anyone knows if it's harmful for a two-year-old to ingest a substantial amount of dish-soap bubbles, please let me know.

"vacuum the toilet," "blow dry the toilet" and "dump bird food in the toilet."

I'm sensing a theme here.

Great pix, btw.

11. Yeah, I NEVER leave my bathroom doors open!
He would climb in the toilet and eat the shampoo, I've no doubt.

2. Oh that's great
Soap bubbles may be harmful to you when it's diaper-changing time.

Do you have poison control on speed dial yet? You'd be surprised what isn't actually harmful, despite the warning label.

:hi:

5. Oh, yes- my daughter made sure of that!
Once she ate an allergy pill. Another time, while I was busy nursing the little dude, she got ahold of one of those gel-filled dishwasher packs, and came out of the kitchen with the gel on her lips. I FLIPPED out and had to call poison control, but ultimately nothing happened to her.:wow: :scared:

10. Yikes
So far my older one drank an entire bottle of ipecac syrup, and the younger tried to eat a packet of drying stuff they put in new shoes and purses and the like.

I need hazard pay.

6. He'll be three in early March, but his development in most areas is more
in the 1-2 year old range. He's a riot.

8. Thanks! My seven and three year olds are good about cleaning their rooms,
at least. It's nice when they're able to "really" help out a bit.

9. That boy has had two glasses of milk, a glass of juice,
and a bowl of soup, today. He really needs a catheter for my convenience.

18. That reminds me ...
My son just turned 9 and one of his presents was his very own dustbuster. He has a huge elaborate playmat with cars and buildings that he keeps "just so" and the only way to really clean it is a cordless vac. Now, I just have to get him interested in the rest of the house ...
