(feckless whining thread) I'm sick as a dog and I can't sleep

Been sleeping most of the day

Ate a big bowl of soup earlier and it's still gurgling around

Sore throat, dueling earaches, a headache, a runny nose

Now I can't sleep, can't even lay down comfortably.

I'm watching the History Channel rerun of Lincoln, talking about how depressed he was. Yeah, tell me about it.

and that's nearly it, except for the soup.

My 12-year-old daughter had this for two weeks recently. Same symptoms. I'm done with it tomorrow one way or the other.
