I finally called my Old Flame Heartbreaker about whom I
had this great romanticist Mystique (serenade beneath her castle window sort of thing) and, in doing so, I somehow totally demythologized the whole relationship and found our situations now most prosaic. Now I miss the whole old Grand Romance which used to inspire poetry. It was a great imaginary edifice that broke down in a manner reminiscent of the departure of the old USSR! Odd how that happens.

3. That's the truth.
Well, of course I still have Anarchism and Surrealism and the fact I may be foolishly smitten once more by another Distant and Heart-stopping Queen of Unrequited Passion! I am not too old to be ridiculous and soul-struck.

2. I can relate!
It's funny how seeing an old flames' sonagram puts a damper on the grand romance.
