Anyone else having trouble getting out of sleep mode this morning?
It's foggy outside. Today is screaming "couch and bed= comfy. Work chair= not so comfy. Remain where you are and happiness will be yours"

:P So I'm working before I have to go into court. Not a comfy day at all. :-(

2. ouch.
And now I feel all unwanted- when I "had" jury duty, they had no cases for that day- I got to go free and head back into work.

3. i'm usually depressed in the AM
and get progressively more upbeat as the day goes on.

i could sleep later, but i'm up at 7;30. someone would think my life is exciting. (i'm not complaining).....but i've got to get things together. winter can be discouraging in NY.

4. I highly recommend full spectrum sun lamps.
I've found that if I eat my breakfast under the sun lamp, I get a little bit more energy and start to pick up steam earlier than on a normal day. Mornings for me are hard. Some are worse than others. Today is foggy outside. Bleh. I want to get back to sleep.

1st day of grad classes for me this semester though, so I better get a move on sometime soon.

-sleepy in NC.

7. do you feel as if life is passing you by
when you sleep all day? i've done it a few times and sort of felt guilty ....although sometimes i'll nap from 3 PM to 5PM so i don't have to watch the day turn into night.
