I just learned a new word

and I am not quite sure I will ever be using it. Did one of you ever heard of Solipsism? Alone saying that word gives me a knot in the tongue

Solipsism--only the self can be known with any certainty; external reality may not even exist save within one's mind (hurrah for those philosophy classes!).
