Saw the Manos - Hands of Fate episode over the weekend.

Painful.

2. The single worst movie of all time.
Much worse than Plan 9. Worse even than Blood Shack.

3. I dunno....."Sidehackers" was pretty terrible. I'd rather watch "Manos"
Maybe it's just the mood I was in.

5. MST edited Sidehackers to exclude the ultraviolent...
...rape/murder scene. This is why it is necessary for Crow to state, "For those of you at home, Rita is dead." With that footage it would be a close call. Sidehackers was bad, but at least something was happening. Manos was as boring and pointless as Bloodshack (available with commentary by Joe Bob Briggs) but in addition it was just plain icky.

6. Are the reruns even on anymore?
I know they bounced back and forth from Comedy Central and the Sci-Fi Channel for a while, but I don't believe either network is carrying them now.

Are any DVD's of the show available, or is that too much of a licensing nightmare because of the movies?

7. No, but welcome to DU!
Comedy Central dumped MST3K when Best Brains spent all their efforts one season on their feature film release, thus turning in only 4 episodes. Sci Fi picked up the show and carried it for several more seasons, then ran the reruns for a couple more years. However, it's on nowhere now, damn the luck.

8. OMG!!! I just looked on Amazon
to see if MST3K was available on DVD. Evidently the movie is out of print but it is available starting
at $150 for a copy!! They're outta their cotton-pickin' minds!
DVDs of the series are available for under $30

9. Buy from Barnes and Noble instead of Amazon.
Amazon = Republican contributor.

B&N = Democratic contributor.
