Help! My adult birds are plucking the babies feathers & making them bleed |

There's one baby in particular that two of them are plucking. His feathers have not grown in as much as the other two - but he might just be younger. Two of the birds seem to be doing it more gently and just grooming them. But two other seem to be doing it too aggressively and hurting them.
The bleeding has stopped but can it cause infection? I keep shooing them away when they start but I can't be on the lookout all the time.
