I usually make the stuffing the night before and let it sit overnight...
but my partner's workplace is moving this weekend, and we are getting some extra money to move their computers...soooooooooooooo
yesterday after work, I went to "work" dismantling and packing their computers, then a quick stop at the local bar for a Thanksgiving drink or two or three
but the time I got home, I didn't want to cook or prep....
Dinner will just be the two of us - both of our families live out of state
Dinner is "scheduled" for 1-2pm so I will have to stuff and truss up the turkey in about an hour or so and get it in the oven by 8 a.m.

Edited to ask : He is in Crawford AGAIN ! He just came back from England ? He gets more vacation time than my 3 year old cousin and she is not even in school yet !

it was mentioned that between Baghdad-Bush and Crash-cart Cheney that they have made over 60 campaign fund-raising appearances in the past 6 months...
overall they now hold the record for campaign fundraising appearances for a sitting pRESIDENT
and all this is on our tax dollars
