They have lots of clever little names for their sandwiches. I'm pretty sure the Scotts Valley location is the very FIRST one. I like their rustic motif, too.

Funny thing happened to me once at the Erik's in Salinas. I was having lunch outside with a friend, and here came one of the city's movers and shakers... with a very attractive woman who happened to not be his wife. I said hello and he said hello, looking at me like, "Oh, shit. You didn't see me."
