I'm here to bitch about Brokeback Mountain.

Good story? Yes. Good writing? Yes. Good acting? Oh, yes!

Epic of the century? Um...no.

Which is a little shocking, after reading reviews on DU that had audience members claiming either: 1)sobbing, 2)open, heaving sobbing, 3)crazed, slobbering, uncontrollable sobbing, or 4)your run-of-the-mill-movie-induced spontaneous combustion, accompanied by perhaps a tear or two.

In all, I was impressed, but I've seen better, and I didn't cry. (And I cry fairly easily at sad movies.) :shrug:
