Turner Classic Movies is doing a Miyazaki festival tonight!

my husband is watching it, I thought he was watching one of our DVD's ("Porco Rosso"); then the voice over comes on and there are more to come, tonight .

I LOVE his movies!!!!1

Porco Rosso next. Hope they don't use the english voiceover version--Michael Keaton is awful.

5. Miyazaki!

I love his movies so much... My Neighbor Totoro was the first anime I ever saw (I was probably around 6 or 7). I'm curious, did they show the subtitled version?

6. dubbed. We have DVD of most of them so you can do both

the voice choices were not bad though.

We just love that stuff. Counting the days til "Howl's Moving Castle" comes out on DVD

I forgot it was on this week!!! Oh well. At least I got to watch Princess Mononoke again earlier this month.

My kids loved Totoro when it first came out. Still has a special appeal to them.
