15-25,000?

What about Shy-town, or Mad-town? Or are those really cities? Or just Shy-town?

I believe a complete list is available in a city-county databook.

Would you really call Woonsocket a town? Much less Cavour.
Okay, Cavour may be less than 150 people. It is not in my Road Atlas, although it is on the map, just 9 miles east of Huron.

City-county only lists places with more than 2,500 people. I would suggest a zip code directory for what you want. You can probably get it on CD.
