Do you mean -- you have 16 rooms that need names, and the 16 names should have a common theme?
If so: I've been in a manufacturing facility where all of the conference and common rooms were named and decorated after countries -- the Australia room, the Korea room. I've been in a corporate headquarters where everything was named after games -- the chess room, the badminton room, the go room. (All of these rooms had playable games in them, too.)

There is a Geotechnical institute focusing on continuing ed for oil and gas people mostly, but geology in general too at my college and all the rooms in that building are named after oil fields/strikes in Texas.... Spindletop, Mexia etc
