Showed up on my doorstep one day, maybe four months old and meowin' to beat the band. I relented and gave her some milk, and that was that.

A lotta cats hung around our house back then. My ex's kids said Lucy was part of a litter delivered by one of 'em.

She has periods where she'll sleep next to me. She'll start out on my chest or shoulder and wind up next to my legs. These days, though, she's sleepin' elsewhere. :(
