How do I delete things that Firefox has remembered for me? |
|
I love that Firefox (and most browsers) remember information and have those wonderful caches.
However, for a couple websites I go to, Firefox has remembered both the correct information, and also the incorrect information from the times that I have mistyped.
So, for instance, when I go to my library's site, it asks for my name and number. But, one time, I accidentally typed my name wrong by adding a letter at the end; so now, when I go to the site, instead of having the fields already filled out for me, I have to type the first letter of my name and then use the mouse to pick the correct one.
How I can delete all these erroneous entries that I've racked up over the last year?

You can clear them all at once and there may be other options in the expanded window as there are for cookies (I don't use Saved Form)
on edit: i just tested it, and clearing all saved info was the only way I found. No item level option apparent.
