Wisconsin was #13 in the ESPN poll, and #15 in the AP poll. I personally always go by the ESPN poll, BTW. I don't know what WV's ESPN ranking was.

CBS carried the Mountie game and said they were #13. As in "It's a battle of nationally ranked teams, the #13 West Virginia Mountaineers, the hottest team in America, versus the #18 UCLA Bruins." And that's almost from memory. :shrug:
