1. We seem to go different directions in our BREW preferences...
I like my beer a bit....chewier.

I'd be happy with six of these:

2. Hmm, I've never tried that
and I've never had success with chocolate beer, but perhaps I'll give that brew a chance if I see it sometime.

Chewy, eh? Do you like oatmeal stouts? This one is good ...

3. Yes, the folks at Breckenridge Brewery do good work!
I'm pretty much an 'easy sell' for anything with "STOUT" in the title.

My current fave is from a fairly new Microbrewer here in NC:

This stuff has been getting GREAT reviews;
don't be surprised if it shows up at a store near you in the next few years.

12. Cool, I'll keep my eye out for it
I do like the Breckenridge. In fact, I don't think I've had a Breckenridge beer that I didn't like.

5. I just tried the Brooklyn Monster Ale over the holidays...
I was kinda disappointed.
Brooklyn usually does such great stuff; maybe I expected too much?

6. I can't explain it.
I too tried it over the holidays, and was completely knocked out. It was heavenly.

7. Well, there's no accounting for taste, is there?
Apparently, you are not alone; lots of people think it's great.

Just didn't quite hit the right notes with me;
the low end seemed abit muddled and indecisive,
while the top was just too 'hoppy'.

8. Ah well, there you go.
It's good we don't all like the same thing, or else we'd all be drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon.

10. I've tried a few of those
I'll have to seek out the Wisconsin Belgian Red, though--that looks intriguing :toast:

11. I like a lot of the flying dog beers
I've had a few that I didn't care for at all, but most of them I've liked (alas, I can't remember which is which :))
