"West Wing" is ending.
Just a notice from me.

'West Wing' Calls It Quits

LOS ANGELES -- NBC is closing the doors on "The West Wing," according to Access Hollywood.

The multi-Emmy award winning political drama will air for the last time on Sunday, May 14 in a special two-hour broadcast.

An hour-long retrospective will be followed by a special series finale, accordiong to Kevin Reilly, NBC Entertainment President.

1. Oh no!
The show was just starting to get really good again. I was looking forward to a Santos presidency, I wonder how much the death of John Spencer had to do with this decision

2. One more reason to stop watching NBC
There is a reason that network sucks more than the others. The West Wing was the only reason I watched NBC at all. But they moved it to the time slot of hell, almost as if they were trying to kill it. ER isn't worth watching anymore(and they keep airing repeats so you never know if it is new or not). NBC sucks!!!!!!!!!

7. All things must pass.
We love WW and think it's the most endearing, heartfelt and intelligent show in many, many years. My wife *never* watches reruns or sees movies twice and she's seen every episode at least two or three time, just because they move us so much.

It's had a great run and happy to see it go out on top. Though I wonder how much ABC's 'Commander-in-Chief' played into the ratings game and NBC's decision.
