i wasn't expecting them to get this far when the season started, I guess. They'll have a good chance to get back here next year, I think, if Jake can play like he did during the season and if the defense can play like they did during the rest of the year ...

While the Vikings are neither my favorite or 2nd favorite team (that would be the *gasp* packers), I do usually like to see them win, mostly because I've known a lot of hard core fans over the years (they were the 2nd most popular team in the northern wilderness) and they were usually very cool :toast:

They're AFC, they're closest to me geographically, they've got the bus (whom i've always liked, despite his bush contributions), they're a sixth seed, they've got it all going for them :)

Plus, even though they aren't in the same division, i've always enjoyed the (not quite rivalry but ...) with the Steelers--they've played some great games over the years (including the last time they met for the AFC championship) and the first regular season game I ever got to see (when I was growing up, tickets for the old mile high were flat out impossible to get, as the broncos sold season-tickets exclusively, with no single game sales) was against the Steelers. :)

Anyway, sorry for the long answer, but yeah, I'll be pulling for the Steelers :toast: Congrats again!
