Anybody ever buy fresh seafood on-line from iSeafood.com?
After watching a Julia Child "Great Chef" last night prepare diver scallops, I'm ready to cook some scallops myself. I regularly order sausages from Dozier's in Fulshear, Texas, and that works out quite well. But smoked sausage ain't fresh seafood. Lacking any horror stories, I think I'll at least try iSeafood. It's the only way I'll ever get fresh diver scallops here in my land-locked location.

1. Little bit pricey, by the looks...
but if it's good, it might be worth it.

I get a little supermarket fish now and then, otherwise wait til my yearly jaunt to the shore and pack it in... :loveya:

Let us know how it goes.

2. I would only use them for the exotic, hard-to-get seafood.
Scallops and lobsters for special occasions.
