15. Well, we CAN, but it would lock this thread.
Why? Because the mods worry that people will start posting her bondage photos.
So be careful...

But not really known as a sex symbol. Same reason I didn't include Grace Kelly or Audrey Hepburn.

22. I'm 40, and to the best of my knowledge of only seen three of them in
movies or live shots, and one of those was mostly in commercials when she was much older and larger.

I've seen Marilyn in one movie I can remember, and a bunch of clips. I think I've seen Sophia Loren in a movie. I've seen clips of Liz Taylor, but I mostly know her through her later commercials.

I guess I don't see a lot of old movies.

33. What is it with...
movie stars from 'the golden age'? The women seemed to be a lot 'hotter' than they are today. Salma Hayek, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Ashley Judd and Angelina Jolie are the only current stars that I think can compete with classic stars for looks.

41. don't forget Scarlett

or Naomi

i think "golden age" beauty is "back". not to mention that the old black and white format played no small part in the establisment of a "classic" look. also, in many ways, "classic" beauty of the "golden age" means "lily-white". There was no Salma Hayek type back in the day, Salma seems almost anti-classic, "exotic". And god bless her for it, too, she's amazing.

Especially if you had posted a pic of her dancing in that amazingly low cut dress in La Dolce Vita. I still would like to know whether there was any, um..., support other than what she was, um...., naturally endowed with.
