6. scrambled eggs and a slice of whole wheat toast
whole fruit is better than juice.

peanut butter is good on the toast.

Put salsa on your eggs to spice them up a bit.

8. Smoothies - I make them for my kids every day
Edited on Mon Jan-23-06 10:49 AM by HopeLives
Strawberries, vanilla yogurt and pineapple juice (orange juice overwhelms the strawberry and vanilla taste) I also added 1/2 banana today. If you use frozen strawberries no ice needed, if you use fresh strawberries add ice.

I also add a little sugar.

On edit: I don't actually know how healthy this is because personally I am a very unhealthy eater who thinks nothing of having a handful of Salt and Vinegar chips for breakfast but it at least SEEMS healthy for me.
