2. Wow could that ever be Richmond
The Fan specifically.

I was worried about posting a pic of where you live (beware they are everywhere) but you can't tell much from that shot.

15. Not to hijack Will's thread, but my son found a
'stealth cam' in the woods yesterday. What do you suppose that is all about?

26. Was it on?
You mean like a video survelliance cam?

DO the kids play in the woods regularly?

I really have no idea.

30. Well, I googled it and it appears to be a $450 hunting
camera of some type. Yes, they do play in the woods a lot. They play airsoft down by the lake.

Until I googled it, I was having a bit of paranoia with the whole wiretapping thing.

And, it was on and pointed towards this one particular house.

Me thinks someone is checking up on an unfaithful spouse.

31. A ha!
What's funny is that my wife started a joke in our house. When we sit around and talk about whatever is on or in the news she will often say something that is you know VERBOTEN and she will pause and look up at the ceiling and say her name and social security number. She is convinced that my name is on a list somewhere for being on the DU.

3. Pretty! Is that from last week?
There is something really intriguing about the symmetry of the cars in the second one.

6. This is why I miss snow.
I love the way that snow cover can so simply and magically transform the landscape.

Of course when one is digging out the car or trouncing through unshoveled city sidewalks it becomes a little less magical.

Even without the visible license plate as a helpful hint I thought this was a Boston or environs block.

7. That reminds me of why I don't miss snow.
Shoveling, slipping and sliding, cold.
But it's 72 degrees here in AZ today. Flowers blooming, birds singing.... gotta love it!
I left all that snow behind 15 yrs ago and never looked back but this is what makes America
great! There is the right weather for everyone somewhere!

10. My dear Will......
These are beautiful.......The symmetry and angled shapes are wonderful.

You have an excellent eye, methinks!

Glad to see that someone else around here can do an impressive pic thread!

You don't do them often, but when you do, they are certainly worth looking at.....

Thank you.....

20. Verrah nice.
Last month, during the first major snowstorm here in Chicago, I went walking after work around 1:30 AM, and managed to feel about as close to God as an atheist can get. The beauty of a fresh snowfall can literally be staggering to me.
