If Howard Dean asked it wouldn't be so annoying.

1. Kerry needs to ask his wife, or ask Ted Kennedy.
They both have more money than all of us put together in a lifetime.

3. Most Dems are rich, including Dean, and many others
Your point?

7. Yes many others but unlike most....

People like Dean or Edwards have had real jobs in the last 20 years and earned their money like most of us do. Not from trust funds, not from rich wives or lobbyists for the past 30 years. Career, incumbent, blue-blood politicians completely out of touch with the working class in my opinion.
BTW - Where will Kerry be hiding when it's time to filibuster Alito?
It only takes one senator to filibuster.

9. Nice right wing talking points.

Kerry WILL vote to sustain a filibuster, but you don't care about facts, do you? Just more right wing talking points. By the way, Kerry, in addition to honorably serving our country in the military, was a lawyer just like Edwards, albeit a prosecutor. Then he was elected to office in Massachusetts, where he likely made less money in a year than Dean, a doctor. Your RW talking points are laughable tripe.

16. Nice right wing talking points

Is that the best you can do? Liberals are supposed to be better educated than that. Those are my opinions, not Rush Limbaugh's or Sean Hannity's. It's pretty pathetic when someone disagrees with the flock that the best the immature, non-thinking liberal juveniles can do is accuse them of using "right-wing talking points". You've got your opinions, or maybe they're Al Franken's opinions that you claim as your own. I don't give a shit as I've got mine and could care less about yours. I can live with that but you'll probably lose sleep over it.
As a TRUE liberal, I personally don't support elitist assholes. Again, just my opinion.
If you'd like to put your money where your mouth is, I'll bet you a $20 DU donation that Kerry does not filibuster.

You got an extra $20 to lose? Fuck no...just more "you're right wing" shit I'm sure.

2. A) This is the lounge
B) I guess you don't support signing a petition about Alito. Which is too bad, since I think stopping Alito is really important. And so do most Democrats.

Also, there's a little button at the bottom that says "unsubscribe." Click it, and voila, no more "annoyances." Trust me, it's far more annoying to listen to people bitching about emails they can't seem to figure out how to unsubscribe from.

4. I signed the petition
but I don't understand why the Dems need money to filibuster Alito. They don't have to pay to vote.

5. He figures that as long as you're signing the petition, he may as well
ask you for money. It doesn't cost him anything, and the money goes to groups and candidates on our side, not John Kerry's campaign or the individual. It's for a PAC, I believe.

8. Yep, I keep telling people about "unsubscribe"...
during the 04 election my sister signed up at Kerry-Edwards and then she signed one of Boxer's things and now every time I talk to her she whines about how much they send that she doesn't even bother to read and just has to delete. I told her to take 4 seconds to open them and click on "unsubscribe" and she won't be bothered and I won't be whined too.

11. Everytime John Kerry asks me for money I just want to make out with him.
Mostly in apology for the fact that I don't have any money to give anyone right now. Also, I generally always want to make out with him. If Howard Dean asked me for money I might have to run away screaming.

14. Well if John Kerry sent me an email asking me to make out with him
I would gladly oblige him. But I am unemployed and his asking for money right now annoys me. I would like him to send me a nice Valentines Day card with some money in it.

13. Why is Dean more palatable than Kerry
Edited on Mon Jan-23-06 08:20 PM by Blue-Jay
when asking for money?

What if Wes Clark was asking for money?

What if matcom was asking for money to support his porn habit?

18. I never mind them asking for money - Kerry, Dean, any of them.
Sometimes I can spare the money. Sometimes I can't. Sometimes I give it to the Idaho Democrats instead.
