Delaware and Maryland people: a question about February beach traffic!!! |
|
I'm playing at Seacrets in Ocean City, MD on Friday, Feb. 3. I'll be coming from SE PA. I usually get on Route 1 and head straight down. I'm trying to figure out what time I'll have to leave to be there by 8-8:30 PM. Any thoughts on the matter?

Your MapQuest estimate will probably be reliable.
That's a fun club! Enjoy! :D

We were in OC last summer, and had lunch there--seems like it's quite the swingin place at nite-- altho I don't know what it's like in the winter.

They do a balloon drop EVERY NIGHT at midnight. Huge video screen over the stage, cameramen roaming around. I had to wait at least 30 minutes after I was packed up to leave, because it took that long to get everybody out. Lots of cops (even a few on horses) for crowd control.
Oh, they bounce huge balloons around the place all night.
