1. OMG! It's been a whole months since I've had Indian food!
And considering that I grew up in an Indian household, it's like an eternity for me.

MMM! (Is there a :sitting at table with fork, ready to eat: smiley, or a :scarfing food: smiley?)

Enjoy your dinner, GC. Sounds tasty.

16. We should all suffer like that.
Indian food is vegetarianism without the boredom, isn't it?

I think that I could be content for quite some time on a vegetarian diet that consisted of Indian and Middle Eastern meatless dishes...

Also hot tea. It's a party. Would you mind sharing your raita recipe? If not, I'm okay with that. :hi:

6. Dessert! That's what I forgot.
My raita changes every time. Tonight's is 1 tsp black mustard seed, crushed, 3/4 cup yogurt, chopped cilantro leaves, and 1/2 a cucumber sliced into thin half moons.

20. Well come on down!
Chapati is just about the easy wheat bread on the planet, and the combo of chickpeas and potatoes is so elegant.
