I have to take one of the those silly pre=employment tests for a position I applied for. The last 2 times I have done this they never called me back. What are they looking for on these tests? How can I prepare better?

I can understand "natural" - like oil and shit.
But HUMAN?
Once they've harvested all our resources for their own gain, will they be going back to their original planet?
