Has King of the Hill ever "explained" Dale and Nancy
Edited on Tue Jan-24-06 10:26 AM by Mike Daniels
Just wondering if there has ever been anything in the show that explains how Dale and Nancy got together.

It's obviously a weird coupling and since KOTH does a lot of back history for its characters I was wondering if this has even been mentioned.

Yes, I have nothing better to do at work at this moment.

1. as far as I can remember
they only went back to Dale and Nancy's wedding.

I've always veiwed them as one puzzling match up.

5. That's the furtherest I've personally seen it as well

I figure John Redcorn came into the picture after they got married so a shotgun pregnancy with Joseph wouldn't have factored into things.

6. LOL
I think that was the episode where Dale's gay dad was introduced - the rodeo star :D

7. Yep, the marriage flashback was in the episode with Dale's dad
Just as an aside, I love that Dale says "Daddy" vs. "Dad" when talking about his father in that episode.

8. Dale not seeing "his" kid's resemblance to John Redcorn...
is so hilarious.

4. I've wondered the same thing.
Dale and Nancy are such an odd couple.
I don't remember the exact time frames but I think Nancy must have started cheating with John
Redcorn soon after she married Dale. hehehe... what a slut!
King of the Hill is one of the funniest cartoons ever done. I just love it!
