RANT --that includes SHOES.

Ok; here's my "problem".I have this friend who has been with me for six years. I met her the summer before my fiance died;she was there when my son was born.
HOWEVER
She is one of those women who is addicted to abusive men. Has a daughter by one of them (now 8). To make a long story short; after many attempts to "save" her; I would have left her to learn her lesson if not for her beautiful little girl. Last year I paid her rent twice and her car payment once for a total of $1000. She has borrowed several items of clothing from me; and etc. etc.
I want to point out that like some women; I love shopping; however UNLIKE most "usual" women (present company EXCEPTED) I do not do it very often; choosing to spend my money on more important things. That means that whatever I do buy; I am very picky about and is exactly what I want.
Well; after I paid her rent (about a month after) she stopped talking to me because the guy she was seeing didn't want her to talk to me I guess. Something. Then (after about a year) two weeks into Oct. of last year she showed up at my door with a new guy---a complete asshole. Started an argument with him here so he left her at my house. To me this was a cry for help..and because of her little girl; I became involved in her life again.
TO cut a bit into the story; I ended up trying (no money involved) to help her win a custody battle for her girl that is still ongoing...but during this time; she borrowed two pairs of shoes from me and an outfit.
She has returned the outfit but not the shoes.
She has since gotten back together with the last boyfriend who 1)told her to quit her job 6 months ago 2)told her he would pay her car payment 3)DID NOT pay her car payment; so it was repoed 4)bought her another car and then in an argument 2 days later BROKE OUT 5 WINDOWS IN SAID CAR AND RIPPED A DOOR OF THE CAR OFF.
(by the way; she's not the stripper---I AM. Go figure)(that was tounge in cheek)
THEREFORE she has not returned my calls for 2 1/2 weeks. Su-prise su-prise.( am not suprised)
I don't want my money. I don't want anything else except
I WANT MY SHOES BACK NOW.
(they don't make them anymore)
I'm really not kidding. I want my fucking shoes back. I don't have alot of shoes I like. I want these back.
Is that so wrong?
I know.......I will really let it go tomorrow. But tonight; I'm PISSED.:silly:
