January 26, 1979: "Hello, Larry" debuted. The spinoff of "Diff'rent Strokes" was a bomb for Maclean Stevenson.



I had a crush on Kim Richards.

Lots of shows I liked were cancelled. Maybe it's my fault.

I had a SERIOUS freakin' crush on Kim Richards, too; the whole cute tomboy w/ the long blonde hair thing just drove me insane. Did you ever see the film she was in w/ James Spader (an early role) and Jim Carroll (?!!)called Tuff Turf, I think? That's the last thing I ever saw her in, though..

but that's about it. (Jim Carrll, "Catholic Boy" was in Tuff Turf?!)

Except for Hello Larry, I mainly remember her for the Disney movies, particularly No Deposit No Return.
