what do I open a "aspx" file with?
My electric company just started putting bills online but when I try to view my bill it asks what program I'd like to use to open it.

 Please help the computer deficient.

4. Have you tried to just choose Mozilla as the program to open it...
from the dialog box that comes up?

7. How would I check that?
It doesn't seem like it should be this difficult. I view webpages that end in aspx with no problem.

8. sounds like ASP.NET, I agree. But,
Maybe the page itself isn't well coded.

Such a page should just work - ESPECIALLY in IE as ASP.NET is Microsoft-centric.
