Vegetarian maki (sushi) filling suggestions
I'm going to head to the (regular, but decent selection of Asian ingredients) supermarket at lunchtime today to pick up some ingredients for dinner tonight. I'm making Japanese food for vegetarian friends.

The menu will include edamame, soba or udon (depending on what the store has) noodle soup, and veggie maki.

If you were eating veggie maki, what would you want in it?

5. avocado!
Well, that's my favorite anyway. All kinds of veggies are good in them: cucumber, carrot, green onion, slices of bell pepper. Definitely avocado, though. Mmmmmmm!
