I think she is my favorite Food Network personality. Everything she makes looks so damn tasty, and if you're on a diet, you can live vicariously through her program. Plus she doesn't make that crappy pretentious food that nobody would ever eat except in a 5 star restaurant

you simply cannot cook without it. There is no substitute, I would rather eat a quarter of something made with butter than an entire portion made with Margarine.
