Yet another question for the old hands:

I was looking at a post here in the lounge that seemed highly inappropriate. I pointed this out to the OP. Then, I came back later to look at the thread, and it is COMPLETELY gone, not even locked. I can not find it at all! I get this message:

Anyway, my question is, do REALLY inappropriate threads get COMPLETELY deleted, not just locked?
