1. Elad...
Is gonna have to code some anti-flood mechanism, most likely. Might not be a trivial task, that.

7. Better yet...
...autotombstone anyone who has three posts in less than a minute. Even Will Pitt or Kheph couldn't pull that off.

Later,
JM

5. Most bulletin board software I've seen has an option for that
It won't let you post more than once in a certain amount of time, most boards that have it have it set at 30 seconds. Dunno if this software has it.

9. What about the autodupes that happen, especially with
those using lower baud rates....? When I'm using wireless, I often find that posts "hang" and then ultimatley double or triple post by accident. I certainly don't want to be tombstoned as a result...

10. no, it doesn't tombstone
It just doesn't allow you to post again, until the counter resets. The only real problems I've seen is that "power users" complain about having to wait for the counter to reset. They just have to realize that this isn't a chat room.

4. That's an insult to hackers
This is a 'script-kiddie', some little punk who probably downloaded the code from somewhere and thinks he's 'leet'
