So what's for breakfast (or brunch)?
Right now, I'm eating cold pizza from last night...hand-tossed crust, no cheese, regular sauce, and chicken.

Mmmmm...mmmm...nothin' like cold pizza to start the day!

9. brunch
Homegrown garlic and onions suateed in organic butter, some mixed with scrambled eggs and the rest mixed with refried pinto and black beans, topped with cheese from our local Mennonite farmers and salsa made from peppers in the garden. And too much coffee.

19. Entennmann's coffee cake from the grocery store
Filled with some really good cream-cheese-custard substance.

Later, there will be veggie fried rice and orange beef from last night's chinese food leftovers. Yum!! :)

20. Ahhh Sunday morning... the only day I fix a BIG breakfast
Today I cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, home fries and bakery fresh sourdough toast. Washed down with coffee and ruby red grapefruit juice.

Most mornings it's a piece of toast or letfovers with juice and/or coffee.

22. Vegetarian chili, homemade crusty wheat bread, Diet Pepsi
I got up and made some pancakes for everyone who went out to the barn at 7:30 am but I just wasn't hungry at all this morning. I was so tired I went back to bed until 11 am, I must be getting sick, I never sleep this long.

When I woke up I figured it was closer to lunch so I nuked the leftover chili. Frankly chili (and spaghetti sauce) are better the next day. The bread I made yesterday was still soft - perfect!

23. I LOVE cold pizza.
Edited on Sun Jan-29-06 01:39 PM by WritingIsMyReligion
I had to settle for a breakfast bar and a nice glass of Reed's Ginger Beer.

Still very tasty, but it's got nothing on cold pizza.
