4. You should have been with me last night
I went to Theatre Sports and laughed so hard I was in tears. I also had the BEST desert (that was big enough to share.)

5. Yeah, it's a powerful movie, dealing with themes of loss and love....

It's been so long since I've seen it, but I remember being moved to tears....and it was thought-provoking to think about life after death.....and the illusions we create for ourselves....

I should rent it again sometime, but I'd have to be in the right mood for it.

Hang in there, sweetie.

"Thank you for every kindness. Thank you for our children. For the first time I saw them. Thank you for being someone I was always proud to be with. For your guts, for your sweetness. For how you always looked, for how I always wanted to touch you. God, you were my life. I apologize for everytime I ever failed you. Especially this one... "

15. I told you not to watch it by yourself.
But you probably did, didn't you?
I think I also suggested that you might want to wait a while before seeing it.

Men. :eyes:

17. I should have followed your good counsel
No, I did not watch it alone.

and yes, I should have waited a LONG time to watch it.

Maybe I'll go rent War of The Roses next... :SliceWrist:

I don't suggest War of the Roses. Get one of the "Romancing" movies instead.

23. That was a joke.
When I got divorced in 1990, my friend rented that and we watched it. Evil movie...

of course, when I had just got sober, my ex-wife rented Barfly, Drugstore cowboy, and Clean and Sober and made me watch them. There's a reason she is an ex-wife...

25. Hey, Retro..
If you marry and divorce me, I'll make you watch The Holy Grail, and Season 1 of the Bob Newhart Show.

How could you pass up an offer like that? :loveya:
