Sunday dinner will be ready in 20 minutes and it's taken me all |
|
afternoon to prepare. I don't know why. Well, we're having a rack of ribs with a homeade bourbon sauce, fried Yukons with brown gravy, steamed carrots, and coleslaw.
I don't want to do dishes. I have 20 minutes to work on getting myself out of that task.

2. Cooks don't have to do the dishes. That's the rule. |
|
Sounds like a good dinner!

some pork steaks on the grill shortly. My wife is making tostones (twice fried plantains) and we are having a mixed veggie assortment. Cheesecake for dessert. YUM
The dishes thing doesn't thrill me either.

We are having a pork loin roast, but I cheated and stuck it in the crockpot this morning. I bought a really extra big one and I am going to make pork BBQ with the leftovers. I am going to do smashed potatoes, green beans and biscuits for sides. I don't know what it is about southerners and homemade biscuits, but it just ain't Sunday dinner without'em.
